CREDENTIALS
We are a Tech-net Professional Auto Service Center. Our primary technicians are ASE
certified at the ‘Master’ level and have over 20yrs
of
individual experience in our industry. We are recognized by
the
state of Wisconsin as a VIP Emissions repair facility, and are
authorized to stamp emissions inspection documents. We are
also a
registered repair facility for mobile air-conditioning euipment, and
have the equipment and expertise to recover and recycle environmentally
sensitive refrigerants.

Scheduled
Maintenance Planning
All vehicle
manufacturers publish a
schedule of preventive maintenance tasks, that are recommended to
ensure high reliability and long life of the vehicle. Erin
Auto
Care will work with you to facilitate the planning and scheduling of
this work. We interview our customers and examine
the
vehicle’s weekly and monthly mileage to develop a plan that
will
allow maintenance work to be performed so as to minimize
disruptions to your activities.
- Factory recommended services that will keep your warranty
in effect, and are taylored to your personal needs
- Your personal advocate when communicating with the
dealership on Factory Warranty issues
Priority
Service and Scheduling
Erin Auto Care will
provide priority
service for emergencies and preferred customer scheduling, within our
normal hours of operation, to customers who participate in a
Scheduled Maintenance Plan. (Maintenance as recommend by the
vehicle manufacturer for normal or severe duty service, performed by
Erin Auto Care)
Drop-off
and Retrieval
Erin Auto Care will
provide local
drop-off and retrieval service 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M., Mon through
Fri., (within a 5mi radius) to regular customers.

Services
Erin Auto Care is
capable of
performing all types of general automotive repairs and services on all
domestic and asian makes, and most european makes. We also
work
closely with a number of specialty suppliers to provide a complete
spectrum of services including major component rebuilding and
replacement. We can lift vehicles up to 12,000# and up to
